PAC used as a flocculating agent in water treatment

1, used to purify the drinking water:
2, used to treat the industrial wastewater:
PAC is used to treat the industrial water and industrial recycled water, it is also used to treat the waste water in the fields of paper-making, printing and leather and treat waste water containing fluoride and heavy-metals.
3, PAC is used in recycling the valuable substances in industrial waste water and waste residues.:
PAC is used to sediment coal ash in waste water and to recycle the starch in starch-making industry
Poly-Aluminium Chloride is called PAC for short, or alkaline type Poly-aluminium Chloride, or Coagulant agent. It's hydrolysis product of AlCl 3 and Al(OH)3 , and polymerized & bridged through hydroxyl group. It is a water-soluble inorganic high molecule polymer. There are two existing forms of PAC— liquid and solid, with the colors of white or yellow. PAC has high capability of bridging and adsorbing. Physical and chemical reactions happen while it is being hydrolysis, such as coagulating, adsorbing and subsiding. It can be used in water with PH value from 5.0-9.0. It has not any corrosion to pipelines, and it can get rid of the impurities such as SS, COD, BOB and some heavy metals ion such as As, Hg, and it is widely used in drinking water treatment, industrial water treatment, and waste water treatment.
